Subtle Silk Return Policy

Returns and exchanges happen so let's try to make it as easy as possible! Listed below is our policy and contact info! Thanks for shopping with us!

 

 -Subtle Silk accepts returns no more than 30 days past the original ship

date.

-Incomplete, worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted per Subtle Silk’s

discretion.

 -Items must be in original selling condition with all tags still intact including the hygiene strip.

 -Items must not be personalized

 -Subtle Silk only accepts returns from product purchased from www.subtlesilk.com

 -Items purchased with a discount or during final season sales cannot be returned. These sales are considered final.

Returns that are not compliant with Subtle Silk’s Return Policy will be sent

back to the customer without complete refund.

Exchanges

If you have an exchange we will gladly provide you with a shipping label. Please send us an email at info@subtlesilk.com with your invoice number and the product/size you would like to exchange. Simple.

*We only require that you send us the original packaging with the product you are exchanging to help conserve waste.
